Here's a little bit about the author in the author's own words:
"I hold an Honours Degree in English Language and Literature and am also a qualified Librarian.
I had been undertaking proof-reading and copy-editing work for a number of years, including working on novels, essays and an academic journal, and in August 2009 I was offered the opportunity to proof-read a number of dissertations for students at the University where I work. Moving on from there, I've developed the services I offer to include copy-writing and transcribing interview tapes for journalists, and of course I also provide a typing service for clients who have notes that need to be put into order. I'm experienced with minuting and providing secretarial support for meetings and can offer this service within the Birmingham area."
